Rub one side of each piece of toast with the cut garlic and lightly brush with olive oil. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 3 to 5 minutes, or until slightly browned. In a bowl combine chopped tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil. Spread mixture on top of bread slices and serve.
