In large stockpot, cook frozen vegetables in butter till tender-crisp, but not brown; stir in ham. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Whisk in broth, and cook, stirring constantly, until soup thickens slightly. Add milk, mustard, seasoning, and cheese. Stir until soup is heated through and thick. Do not boil.
