Melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, mustard, and milk, and whisk until smooth. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Add Brie, stirring till smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts and roasted peppers, and heat through. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
