Cheesy Salsa Spinach Dip


Serves: 5

Yield: 6 cups

Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) packages creamed spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cups chunky-style salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9-inch casserole. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Serve with crackers, Fritos Scoops, or veggies.
