Chicken with Apple Pecan Stuffing

Ingredients

2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup raisins
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 (8-ounce) package cornbread stuffing mix
3/4 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
6 skinless chicken breasts halves with bone

Directions:

Place all ingredients, except chicken, into a large slow-cooker; stir to combine. Place chicken on top and cook, covered, on LOW for 6 hours. Remove chicken breasts carefully, using a large spoon or spatula so that bones are not left in the stuffing. Place on a plate and serve with stuffing.
