Jam Vinaigrette:
Whisk all ingredients together. Place in small jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
Salad:
About one hour before serving, combine spinach, 3/4 of the berries, and 2 kiwi. Drizzle with Jam vinaigrette. Toss and place in container with a tight lid. Chill, turning once. (If you use frozen berries, add them just before serving, or they will be too limp).
Just before serving, toss again with rest of berries and pecans, and garnish with last sliced kiwi.
Fun Fact: The difference between raspberries and blackberries is that raspberries have a hollow core in the middle while blackberries do not.
