Mix gelatin according to package directions (if berries are frozen, decrease cold water to 1/2 cup). Add berries and nuts to gelatin and let chill until set.
Topping:
Mix cream cheese with milk, sugar, and vanilla; fold mixture into whipped topping. Spread on gelatin and chill. Sprinkle pecans on top as a garnish.
