Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butterscotch chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture firmly into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
