*Village Inn has some of my favorite healthy choices. (See the Restaurant Food Evaluation Charts.) I love their Fresh Veggie Omelet and their Fruit and Nut Pancakes served with a side of fruit. Other restaurants, such as Denny's, will make me an omelet with two egg whites and one whole egg, and all veggies in the center. This is not on their menu, but they are very good with special requests. A "two egg white"--"one whole egg" omelet is even better than a "low-cholesterol egg substitute" omelet because it is completely natural and is much lower in grams of fat.
