When you eat sandwiches at fast-food restaurants, always ask for extra tomatoes, pickles, onions, and any other vegetables they have available. Have them leave off the oil and mayonnaise or ranch-style sauces. One-fourth of an avocado contains seven grams of good fat and is 82 percent fat. I have some avocado occasionally. Olives are over 90 percent fat. However, they are full of "good" fat, and eight small olives contain only three fat grams. So don't omit all of the avocados and olives!
