1. Place peanuts into blender or food processor. Blend at low speed until finely chopped. On high speed blend until smooth, about 5 to 6 minutes. When necessary, stop blender and use rubber spatula to scrape down sides. Add salt to taste.
Note: If dry roasted peanuts are used, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil should be added to nuts before processing.
