1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a jelly roll pan, spread nuts and dot with butter. Bake for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir nuts to coat. Bake 10 minutes longer or until golden.
2. Sprinkle nuts with cheese, hickory-smoked salt and red pepper. Stir to coat well. Bake 3 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
