Combine first 7 ingredients together in a heavy saucepan bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring often. Separate corn twists into coils. Arrange biscuit-like portions in a lightly greased 10" pie plate press to cover the bottom and extend dough 1/2 inch above the rim. Spoon meat mixture into crust set aside. Mix sour cream and flour together spread over meat. Sprinkle with cheese place pie plate on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes let stand 10 minutes before serving.
