Sauté onion in butter until tender place in a greased 4-quart casserole dish. Add potatoes set aside. Brown pork chops in a 12" skillet drain. Remove pork chops pour water into skillet. Whisk into drippings drizzle over potato mixture. Arrange pork chops on top. Combine milk and biscuit mix. Roll dough out to cover baking pan arrange over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is golden.
