Place pork chops between wax paper and pound to 1/8-inch thickness season both sides with salt. Combine flour and bread crumbs together set aside. Whisk egg and milk together in a pie plate set aside. Dip pork chops into egg mixture coat with crumb mixture. Brown both sides of pork chops in oil in a 12" skillet, about 3 minutes per side. Remove to a serving platter serve while hot.
