Use two kinds of gelatin dessert. Mix each in separate bowls with boiling water. Add orange juice and cold water to the strawberry gelatin. Add pineapple juice and cold water to the orange gelatin. Place each into 8 x 8 x 2 baking pans and let set until firm cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place cubes into serving dishes, mixing the two kinds and top with vanilla ice cream.
