1. In large saucepan, combine brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer 10 minutes.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Return to a boil. Reduce heat simmer 45 minutes or until thickened.
3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until chilled. Spoon into decorative crock or jar. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
