Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls together to form a ball and roll into an 11 x 17-inch rectangle. Place on a sprayed 11 x 17-inch baking pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 15-20 minutes. Remove wrap and poke with a fork several times. Brush with oil and sprinkle with basil, oregano and garlic powder. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Arrange onions and tomatoes over crust and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 350°F an additional 10 minutes.
