Combine rolls and roll into a 9 x 13-inch rectangle. Place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan. Pre-bake crust at 350°F for 10 mintues. Let cool. Spread sour cream over crust. Combine chicken, green chilies and green pepper sauce and mix well. Spread chicken mixture over sour cream. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with cheese and cilantro. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh salsa, if desired.
