Sweet Sicilian Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely incorporated.

2. Use the dressing immediately, or place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the dressing to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before using.
