Wash chicken, pat dry, and, if desired, season with salt and pepper to taste. In 10-inch skillet over medium high heat, heat oil and cook chicken until lightly browned, about 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to low. Cover, and cook until no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and keep warm. Wipe excess oil from pan. Stir in lime juice, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Gradually stir in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue stirring until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, and stir in dill weed. Spoon sauce over chicken, and serve.
