Mix peanuts, bread crumbs, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Dip chicken tenders in melted butter, then in breading mixture. Spray a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Lay breaded chicken tenders on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or until juices run clear and breading is crispy on chicken. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, or on top of your favorite green salad.
