Wash chicken. Place in large zipper bag. Pour hot sauce over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour, or longer. (The longer it marinates, the spicier it is.) In a separate large zipper bag, combine flour, cornmeal, and salt. Add marinated chicken, seal, and shake to coat. Deep-fry in hot oil about 15 minutes, or until done.
