Preheat oven to 400°. Wash chicken, and cut each piece into fourths. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. In a shallow bowl, combine sesame seeds and flour. Place soy sauce in a separate bowl. Lightly grease a baking pan with sides. Dip chicken pieces in soy sauce to coat, then dredge in flour mixture. Place on baking pan in a single layer. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400° for 25–30 minutes, or until done.
