Skillet Chicken Prosciutto

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 thin slices prosciutto
1/3 cup butter
1 cup white wine
4 slices provolone cheese

Directions:

Wash chicken. Pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1 prosciutto slice over each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken on one side about 5 minutes, or until almost cooked through. Pour wine over chicken, and cook until evaporated. Put 1 slice cheese over each ham slice, and cover skillet to allow cheese to melt.
