Prepare spinach according to package directions; add onion and bacon bits to cooking water halfway through cooking time. Drain well; stir in sour cream to desired consistency.
Tip: Make a scrumptious topping for veggies using leftover bread or rolls. Sauté soft bread crumbs in olive oil or butter until golden…sprinkle with dried herbs for extra flavor.
