Place bread on an ungreased baking sheet and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, onion and cheese; spread over cut side of bread. Sprinkle with paprika; broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden. Slice and serve warm.
Tip: Oops! You forgot to set out a cold stick of butter to soften. No problem…use a hand grater to shred the butter into little pieces. It will soften quickly.
