Heavenly Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

2 cups mashed Idaho potatoes
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 tablespoon grated onion
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped almonds

Directions:

Mix potatoes and cottage cheese. Add sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Spoon into a buttered 1-quart casserole. Brush surface with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Place under broiler to brown lightly.
