Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound potato, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

Place all ingredients, except cheese and paprika into a 8-inch round baking dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, remove, stir, cover and cook 4 minutes more. Combine cheeses and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cook, uncovered for 2 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
