Dutch Peach Pie

Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked puff pastry shell
10 -12 ripe peaches
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
------------------------------
Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons soft butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Peel peaches, slice, and arrange in pastry shell. Mix egg with sour cream, sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over peaches and bake for 20 minutes. Mix Topping and sprinkle over pie; continue to bake 12–15 minutes.
