In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter, corn syrup, and whipping cream. When well blended, stir in vanilla, brandy, and pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake in preheated 375° oven for 40–50 minutes, until set. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
