In a bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil until it is coated well, and roast in a jellyroll pan in a preheated 500° oven, turning it occasionally with tongs, for 10–12 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
While the broccoli is roasting, in a blender or food processor, blend the lemon juice, the sesame oil, the soy sauce, the vegetable oil, the sesame seeds, the ginger, the garlic, and the sugar until the dressing is smooth. Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish and pour the dressing over it.
