Wash cauliflower well. Place in a large sauce pan upside down, cover with water to which vinegar has been added. Drain vinegar water and cook in salt, dissolved in water.
Make butter sauce in small frying pan by melting butter and then adding bread crumbs, pepper, and parsley.
Serve whole cauliflower with butter sauce poured over the top.
