Cut top off and clean seeds out of the bell peppers. Reserve the lids.
Make stuffing by mixing onion, ground beef, softened bread, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, green olives.
Fill each pepper half way and place one round of boiled egg on top. Finish filling peppers and close with lid. Moisten each pepper with olive oil and cook in the oven.
You may also place the peppers in Tomato Sauce (see Pasta chapter) in a baking dish and bake the peppers in the tomato sauce.
