Pour condensed milk into a blender. Add an equal amount of fresh milk to the blender with egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch.
Mash ricotta in a dish and fold in the blended ingredients. Add salt, grated lemon rind, vanilla, and raisins.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold them into the cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes.
