Fried Bananas

Ingredients

banana (1 per serving)
butter
margarine
powdered cinnamon
sugar

Directions:

Peel each banana and cut in half lengthwise.

Fry in 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine until golden.

Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixed together.
