Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.

This Grilled Pesto Mozzarella made with homemade white bread will make your next grilled cheese sandwich extra special. Butter the outside of the bread slices. Spread the inside of the bread with your favorite prepared pesto, and top with a few slices of mozzarella cheese. Layer with slices of fresh tomatoes, and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper if you like. Cover the tomatoes with more mozzarella cheese slices, and top with another slice of bread spread with pesto, then cook over medium heat until its golden brown and the cheese is melted.
