Make 1 ½-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.

For a flavor change, use grated orange peel instead of the lemon peel to make Orange Honey Bread. The zip of the orange in the bread makes it great for French toast, tipped with sliced bananas or blueberries, a drizzle of warm honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
