Spinach & Feta Pie

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package chopped frozen leaf spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 cup biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Combine spinach, cheese and onion in a greased 9" pie plate. Stir together remaining ingredients until well blended; pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife tip inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
