Line the bottom of a large skillet with bacon place beef patties over bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Place onion over patties. Cover onion with potatoes add carrots. Sprinkle all with parsley. Cook on medium-high heat until bacon sizzles add water, cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes flip burgers. Cook an additional 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until bacon is crispy and vegetables are tender.
