Place pork chops in a 13" x 9" baking dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Season with pepper and add marmalade. Spread stuffing over pork chops top with corn. Spoon mashed potatoes over all dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes cover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
