Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Spread macaroni in a single layer over beef and sauce cover. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender add water as necessary to prevent sticking. Add sour cream and mix heat through.
