Unroll rolls into 8 triangles. Cream sugar, butter, and orange rind. Spread creamed mixture on rolls; roll from short end. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place each one in a muffin liner. Place in muffin tins; bake at 350° for 10–15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar and orange juice.
