Angie Earl's Frozen Fruit Salad

Serves: 8

Print this Recipe


   1 pint whipped cream
   1 cup mayonnaise
   1/4 cup powdered sugar
   3 tablespoons lemon juice
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1/2 cup pecans chopped
   1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
   1/2 cup red maraschino cherries, chopped
   1 cup fruit cocktail drained


Whip cream stiff; blend in mayonnaise, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Pour into loaf pan; place in freezer and partially freeze. Remove from freezer, return to bowl, and fold in nuts, pineapple, maraschino cherries, and fruit cocktail. Pour back into pan and freeze. Let stand in freezer several days to ripen. To serve, cut into slices and serve on a lettuce leaf.
