Blend avocado pulp, salt, pepper, lemon juice, whipped cream and mayonnaise. Soften gelatine in the cold water, dissolve in the boiling water. Cool. Fold into the avocado mixture. Add green food coloring if desired. Turn into a quart mold. Chill for several hours or over night. Unmold on chilled platter and garnish with greens.
