Total Calories: 300
Core and quarter apples, but do not peel. Dice and toss in bowl with lemon juice. Add celery and walnuts. Cover and chill. Mix mayonnaise with honey until smooth and toss with apple mixture season to taste with salt. Serve on bed of salad greens.
Note: One-half cup seedless green grapes, halved, or 1/2 cup raisins, or both, may be added. Also 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped and slightly sweetened, may be folded in just before serving.
