Preheat oven to 375°.
Crumble ground meat into a medium skillet. Brown over medium heat drain off excess fat MW. Sprinkle meat with salt.
In a 2-quart casserole, stir chili beans with gravy, hominy, and soup until combined. Stir in meat.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through. Arrange cheese on top. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
To serve, spoon into bowls.
Serve with tortilla chips, a green salad and lime sherbet.
*One can (12 oz.) corn with red and green sweet peppers, drained, can be used in place of the hominy if desired.
