Coarsely grind or mince leftover meat add Parmesan cheese. Stir in mayonnaise to blend add mustard, horseradish, and salt to taste. Spread on bread prepared with margarine and lettuce.
Note: Serve with vegetable soup for a complete meal. For variations in taste: To beef, add finely chopped sweet pickle, green onion, or hard-cooked egg. To chicken or turkey, add chopped celery, cucumber, chutney, or nuts.
