Place squash about 2 inches apart on a paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) 10 to 12 minutes until tender and soft to the touch. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking.
In a 2-quart glass casserole, break up turkey. Microwave, covered, at 100% power 5 to 6 minutes until turkey loses its pink color, stirring to break up meat halfway through cooking time.
In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, egg, seasoned salt, and poultry seasoning. Mix lightly. Stir in turkey.
Cut each squash in half and scoop out seeds. Fill each half with one-fourth of the stuffing mixture. When ready to serve, microwave at 100% power 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to reheat.
