Use any kind of dried fruit and any kind of unsalted nuts.
1 pound graham crackers crushed
8 cups mixed dried fruit
8 cups nuts mixed unsalted
1 pound marshmallows
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, fruits, and nuts in large mixing bowl. In saucepan over medium heat, melt marshmallows with evaporated milk. Pour this mixture over fruits and nuts. Mix well. Prepare 15 mini loaf pans (3 1/2x6 inches) by greasing lightly with margarine or butter. With hands moistened with water, pack mixture tightly into pans. Garnish tops with a pecan half or piece of dried fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Remove cakes from pans; wrap in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Tie with bow for Christmas giving.
